RockFit Rock City Rockathon for Rainbows Children's Hospice

The hugely popular third annual 2.5 hour hard-rocking fitness Rockathon, this year in aid of the vital work of Rainbows Children's Hospice.

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, you just gotta show up and rock out (and stay hydrated!)

Ages 14+ only, with a separate JustGiving link to donate the minimum £20 for taking part. This is a free-ticketed event to reserve your place.

There will be doughnuts from local bakery legends Doughnotts to purchase, with the profits going directly to Rainbows Children's Hospice.
