This class starts at 11am, entrance via the back gate between 10:30-10:55. I don't know why Facebook keeps changing the time zone!
RockFit combines dance and fitness to bring you a wonderful time of flailing fun - to rock and metal music!
The classes are designed to be accessible for all capabilities, and all the profits go to local charities LAMP and TRADE!
PLUS Firebug grants all participants 20% off their food afterwards, so we can enjoy some curly fries guilt free and have a natter with some fellow nutters - CLASS!
