ROCKET® YOGA in Lagos

Rocket Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga created by Larry Schultz in the 1980s in San Francisco, offering a creative interpretation of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Like Ashtanga, it takes you through sun salutations, standing, sitting, and finishing sequences. Each posture and transition is open to personal interpretation, depending on whether you need to modify and make it more accessible, go a regular route, or introduce a variation to expand your limits.
