If you enjoy my “ Ashtanga Fusion “ Monday Power flow classes then you’ll love Rocket Yoga.

A practice with lots of arm balances, a challenging practice, fast paced but as you know you can always skip a few positions or do easier versions.
.
Every week I like to offer my yogis different varieties of Yoga practice, whether that be a nice slow Hatha , a wonderful relaxing Nidra or a fast moving pace with now Rocket Yoga added to our monthly calendar.
.
Rocket is fantastic at building strength in the arms, wrists, legs and core, and adds to weight bearing practice exercises, Because of the repetition of the Sun Salutations and the constant Vinyasas we will certainly be creating heat, so fetch a towel.

The whole practice is a dynamic, flowing sequence that makes you stronger as well as more flexible.

We always start with breathwork and meditation, connecting with our bodies and mind, on Monday we will be practising with the ujjayi breath and Power Up Breath practice.

Ujjayi breathing can improve your concentration it releases tension throughout the body and creates body heat and builds energy ready for the asana practice.
.
My classes are suitable for beginners as I always give an easier version of the positions, want to join me?, then book on Mondays class for the 14th October.
