It's time for October yoga! Come on in to RockBox Fitness in Gainesville for an hour of yoga, led by one of our very own members, Joy.

Whether you're working hard in your kickboxing classes, you're wanting to practice yoga, or need a little break and time to focus on yourself, join us on Saturday, October 25th at 10:30am for this special monthly class to relax, stretch, and have fun! This event is open to all in the community.
