Rock the Doc 5K & 1K Fun Run — Vendor Registration

Join us as a vendor for the Rock the Doc 5K & 1K Fun Run presented by NTX Rhythm Runner!

📌 Vendor Details

• Vendors must provide their own booth/tables.

• Setup begins at 7:15 AM. All vendors must be ready 45–60 minutes before race start.

• Vendor spaces are limited and first come, first served.

• Registration closes March 15.

• Non-food vendor fee: $25

🍽️ Food Vendors (On-Site Cooking)

• $25 food vendor setup fee

• $25 health permit fee (separate invoice to NTXRR)

⚠️ Liability

By registering, vendors agree that NTX Rhythm Runner and event organizers are not responsible for loss, damage, theft, injury, or accidents related to participation.
