Chicago is one of the official founding cities helping launch the next chapter of the Cypher HIIT movement.
Whether you’re coming to sweat, vibe, learn, or grow as an instructor… this weekend is for you.

SATURDAY, JUNE 13 — CYPHER HIIT MASTERCLASS
🕒 3PM–5PM | Studio 2
A high-energy follow-along dance fitness experience featuring:• Hip-hop inspired movement• HIIT training• BreakDanceFit foundations• Timeless party moves• Community-driven energy

SUNDAY, JUNE 14 — FOUNDING INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION

A limited-capacity instructor training experience designed for individuals wanting to learn the foundational systems behind the Cypher HIIT format.
Participants will learn:• Class structure + flow• Cueing + coaching concepts• Music-driven programming• BreakDanceFit foundations• Leadership + community energy
