- Movement skills on rock
- Belaying and safe belay set-ups
- Building bottom-rope systems and anchors
- Abseiling safely
- Background planning and equipment selection
Includes: Full day instruction 10:00-16:30 approx, use of group safety equipment, Mountain Training certificate of attendance.
