Join us for an unforgettable day of purpose, connection, and community as we come together to support Building a Refuge and raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention.
This isn’t just a ride… it’s a movement.
Every mile ridden and every conversation shared helps shine a light on something that impacts so many—especially men—yet often goes unspoken. At Building a Refuge, we believe that real change begins with real conversations, and this event is designed to create exactly that.

Rock N Ride For Hope is about:
