January 2025Join us for the Rock Climbing Certification Award program! This course is designed for climbing enthusiasts aged 13 and older who are looking to enhance their skills and work towards achieving certification. Over the course of several weeks, participants will receive expert instruction, hands-on practice, and all the necessary knowledge to safely and effectively navigate climbing walls. Whether you are a beginner or have some climbing experience, this certification program will help you reach new heights in your climbing journey.

Opportunity to earn a recognized climbing certification.
A climbing log to document your hours and the number of climbs you achieve.
Activities Covered:
Climbing: Learn the fundamentals and advanced techniques of wall climbing.
Lead Climbing: Gain skills in lead climbing, including clipping and rope management.
Abseiling: Practice safe abseiling techniques for descending climbs.
Belaying: Master the art of belaying to ensure the safety of your climbing partner.
Auto Belaying: Understand how to use auto belay systems for solo climbing sessions.
Bouldering: Enhance your skills in bouldering, focusing on strength and technique for climbing shorter walls without ropes.
Additional Benefits: Participants will be provided with a climbing log to track their progress. The recorded hours and climbs can contribute towards climbing awards and also count as hours for the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Duke of Edinburgh awards.
