Join Millcreek Market for a hands-on sushi making class that’s equal parts food, fun, and flair.

In this class, you’ll learn how to:
✨ Roll beautiful (and delicious) sushi step-by-step
✨ Work with fresh ingredients & pro techniques
✨ Create rolls that taste as good as they look
✨ Have a blast while doing it—no experience needed!
During this two-hour experience, each participant will learn the basics of rolling sushi and create their own custom roll. To make the class approachable for everyone, we provide a variety of fresh ingredients beyond just raw fish, including shrimp, langostinos, crab salad with spicy mayo, and crab sticks, along with plenty of vegetables like green onion, carrots, cucumber, cabbage, avocado, asparagus, edamame, and pickled ginger. Each guest will make one roll, enjoy half themselves, and share the other half with the group for tasting.
