March 14th- Rock and Mineral Sale: 10AM-4PM; Are you looking for a unique, beautiful gift or just want to add to your personal collection? Our 14th annual Rock & Mineral Sale is the place to come! Come see and purchase LAPIDARY ROCKS, MINERALS, CRYSTALS, and FOSSILS… including petrified wood, spheres, free-form polished rocks, and pendant stones. These items have come from Mexico, Morocco, China, Madagascar, and many U.S. locations. For kids we have lots of colorful rocks, crystals and fossils for $1.00 OR LESS, including FREE. TEACHERS: there are many specimens available to purchase that are great for educational purposes. If you want to bring in your unknown rock, we will also have experts available to identify your rock for free. This is an event that any rockhound won't want to miss. This event is a great way to support Buena Vista Museum’s educational programs.
