Join Us for Our Biggest Mental Health & Wellbeing Event Yet!As part of our ongoing series of health and wellbeing initiatives, the Rochford District LGBTQ+ Group is proud to announce our biggest health event to date.

Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Hockley & Hawkwell Day Centre (Located in the Southend Road Library Car Park, Hockley, Essex, SS5 4PZ)
We invite you to our Health & Wellbeing Coffee Morning, with a special focus on suicide awareness, and mental health.
This event is open to everyone, and we welcome existing members and members of the public.
The event will feature a range of healthcare professionals and organisations offering health checks, guidance, and mental health support. We hope to confirm more guest organisations closer to the time.
Enjoy free hot drinks and a delicious selection of cakes, all at no cost.
