Rochester In-person Support Group

We meet every Saturday from 10:00-12:00. This is a peer-to-peer support group where we can openly talk about EDS and what we're going through. Good and bad. No filters and no apologies! Our topics come very organically just by the initial "how are you doing?"
There's no obligation to be on time, stay for the full 2 hours, or make it every week. We all understand that for us Zebras things are day-to-day and you're always welcome! Our group is all ages spanning from 16 to some in their 50's. Please bring anything you need to be comfortable including a support person. We have the whole library so there are many different seating options. DM me, post on the Facebook group page, or email me at [email protected] with any questions. Hope to see you there!
