2024 WAM Song of the Year Award winner Rochelle O’Reilly brings her electric blend of funk, soul, and reggae to The Valley Social on Friday, November 28th.
With a voice that’s been described as “Amy Winehouse with a sprinkle of pop and a ray of sunshine,” Rochelle doesn’t just perform—she transports. A festival favourite (Bob Marley OuterNational Festival, Blues at Bridgetown, Gidgeystock), she defies genre boundaries and commands the stage with unmatched energy and soul.

Dr Cuz & The Gang are a lively 4-piece band who play funky blues, soul, & reggae originals and covers. They have produced two albums; Many Faces (2016) and Funkylicious (2024) and have performed at Perth’s Fringe Festival (2019) and at Gidgestock Festival (2022). They have received three nominations for the WAM Song of the Year. Driving rhythms from Julian Anderson (drums), Mark Wiggins (bass) and Peter Renzullo (guitar) are complimented by the colourful keys and soulful vocals of Dr Cuz (Paul Cozens).
