This will be a 2 day course hosted by Inman Orthodontic Lab in Florida
In this course you will can dive deep exploring the bending machine parameter settings to obtain more precise product results. Also you can learning the newest MAREPE & Twin-Block design software.
Wire bending machines will be provided by DenckOrtho
8 Hours of Scientific CE credits available

Objectives:
Digital development in orthodontic clinic and ortho lab.
Robot bending machine internal working principles.
Performance analysis of orthodontic stainless steel wire.

Diving deeep in tthe Wire Bending machine we will learn:
Accuracy parameter setting:
Camera identification and monitoring for bending

Smooth circular arc steel wire parameter
Small angel accuracy parameter
Laptop for digital design training (Bring your own laptop)
