Join us for Robert Burns Night on Jan. 25 at 7 p.m. to celebrate the life and work of the great bard. Traditional Scottish attire encouraged and tickets are $125.
ORDER OF EVENTS
- Bagpipers welcome guests
- Whiskey cocktail upon arrival
- Reciting of “Address to a Haggis”
- Dinner featuring food and wine pairings (wines announced soon!)
FIRST COURSE
Cock-A-Leekie Soup
Roasted Chicken Soup, Leeks, Carrots, Toasted Barley, Peas, Fresh Herbs
SECOND COURSE
Homemade Lamb Haggis
Chef’s take on Scottish Haggis with Spiced Ground Lamb, Chicken Livers and Oats, Served with Neeps and Tatties (Mashed Rutabagas and Mashed Potatoes), Whiskey Cream Sauce
THIRD COURSE
Orange and Raspberry Cranachan
Smashed Raspberries and Oranges Served with Whipped Toasted Oats, Drambuie Yogurt Cream, Toasted Almonds
Bagpipes and recitals throughout the evening
Whiskey toast to Robert Burns (selected whiskey to be announced)
