It takes a few minutes to get a temporary passport from your e.citizen platform at Kes 350. Incase you don't have a yellow fever card you can get the jab at the Kenya border at Kes 2500, alternatively at some govt hospitals or at the Nairobi city council just next to city hall at Kes 3500.
