What to expect:

• Meet-up in the big clearing by the trailhead prior to the hike. If you are running late, please communicate your ETA with the organizer.
• We will start off with some light, dynamic stretches led by one of the Yoga or Fitness instructors in the group
• We will begin a moderately-paced hike through the woods as a group
• At some point we can take a longer break to refuel with water, snacks and do some mindful movement or meditation next to whatever view or body of water we are appreciating!

BYO:

• Water bottle
• Snacks or sack lunch
• Backpack/fanny pack
• Wear supportive shoes suitable for walking on an unpaved trail

*Optional:

• hammock or picnic blanket
• journal & writing utensil

• PLEASE< be sure to eat something before the hike and bring snacks along. We are going to be exerting energy, so please plan accordingly.
