About this Event
Welcome to the Motiv8 Recovery Walk!
Join us for a walk filled with inspiration, support and community. The Motiv8 Road to Recovery Walk is a gathering of individuals celebrating their journey to sobriety and mental wellness along with an opportunity for anyone to join this walk from Douglas to Peel along the Old Railway Line as part of the Islands Heritage Trails.
Whether you are in recovery yourself, supporting a loved one or simply want to show solidarity, this event is for you. Walk alongside others who understand your path.
Walk alone, with a friend or family member, bring the family and you are welcome to bring your dog (on a short lead) along for the walk too.
Together, we will raise awareness, break stigma and spread hope. Let us Motiv8 each other to keep pushing forward on the path to recovery.

Info: Travelling approximately 11 miles from Douglas to Peel our Road to Recovery walk will finish in Peel behind the House of Manannan. For those wanting a shorter route there is a start at St Johns, with registration from 10:15 and starting at 10:30 (this will be a route of 3 miles).
