All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Failure to attend, late arrival, personal scheduling conflicts, transportation or parking issues, intoxication, dress-code violations, removal from the premises, or denial of entry resulting from violation of venue policies does not qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer.
EVENT & VENUE CHANGES
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event time, room or event location within the venue, entertainment lineup, programming, or other event details when reasonably necessary due to operational, safety, weather, venue-related, or other circumstances.
If the event is moved to another venue, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at purchase, and tickets will remain valid for the updated event unless otherwise stated.
VENUE RULES & RIGHT OF ADMISSION
Admission and continued attendance are subject to venue rules, capacity restrictions, security procedures, dress-code requirements, applicable laws, and management discretion.
Guests engaging in fighting, threats, harassment, disorderly conduct, excessive intoxication, property damage, or conduct that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others may be denied entry or removed from the premises without refund.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering and attending the event, guests acknowledge that attendance at a public nightlife and entertainment event involves ordinary and inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, crowded conditions, contact or interactions with other guests, and other incidents that may occur in or around the venue.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, attendees voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with attending the event.
The event organizer, promoters, producers, DJs, entertainers, contractors, representatives, and affiliated parties are not responsible for the independent or unlawful actions of other attendees or third parties, including fights, altercations, harassment, theft, property damage, or other misconduct outside their reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees agree not to hold the event organizer or its affiliated parties liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage arising from risks inherent in attending the event or from the independent actions of third parties, except where liability cannot legally be waived or limited.
Guests are responsible for their own personal property. Do not leave phones, purses, wallets, coats, or other valuables unattended.
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Guests must comply with all instructions from venue management, security personnel, and event staff.
If you witness a fight, unsafe behavior, harassment, or another security concern, immediately notify venue security or management rather than attempting to intervene.
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these event policies.
