RMT RopeFlow & Macebell Introductory Workshop
Join us for this introductory workshop, which integrates the concepts of RMT (Rotational Movement Training) from two rapidly growing tools in the fitness industry. Be among the first athletes, fitness professionals, or fitness enthusiasts to share this approach with yourself or your clients.
RMT is a concept that has been extensively studied and developed by the Weck Method.
As certified Weck Method Rotational Movement Training Specialists and Practitioners, we are excited to officially bring this approach to Aotearoa.
In this workshop, we will explore the movements that lay the foundation for developing transferable rotational power across any athletic discipline. This training is especially beneficial for martial artists, boxers, grapplers, golfers, cricketers, baseball players, and anyone involved in a sport that requires rotational movement as a key component of their primary motor tasks.

This is an outdoor event, so please bring anything you need to stay comfortable in any weather conditions. If the weather becomes too extreme, we may relocate the event to an indoor venue somewhere in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).
