About this Event

We are putting the soul back into reparations. To do that, we must remember our ancestors exactly as they were before the destruction, not as definitions of victimhood, but as royalty, doctors, nurses, farmers, husbands, wives, and children happily growing up in their own light. They were people at the absolute pinnacle of modern civilisations, possessing deep sophistication and genius, who were later branded as "savages" by the very people looking to justify their slaughter and theft.

We are the descendants of the people who created the breathtaking Benin Bronzes—yet today, we are subjected to the supreme arrogance of Western institutions telling us we "don't know how to look after them" as an excuse to keep our stolen heritage locked in their vaults. We are the descendants of those whose ancestral, native languages were systematically corrupted, beaten out of them, and replaced by European tongues designed to erase our minds.

The oppressors walked away with unfathomable wealth, generational prestige, and rewritten histories that turned them into legends, while our way of life was pillaged.

For 20 years, the RMT has refused to play the game of polite compliance. We are here to completely debunk these colonial untruths and tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

This landmark conference moves past Westminster's spineless political vacuum to curate a global, intersectional ecosystem of uncompromising resistance. We are bringing together a powerful network of Trade Union members, Reparations Campaigners, International and Local Community Organisations, and Political Figures.

This is a radical, unwatered-down space. If you expect a comfortable, palatable debate, do not come. If you want structural justice and raw truth, your energy is required.

The Multi-Pillar Strategy for Total Restoration
We are breaking down our collective strategy into alternating, interactive sessions designed to arm you for the struggle, keeping energy high with sharp audience Q&As and practical workshops:

Pillar 1: Return the Land (The Theft of Soil) – Confronting land dispossession, resource extraction, and the theft of our material wealth.
Pillar 2: Restore the Tongue (The Theft of the Soul) – Exposing the violent legacy of linguicide, rejecting European linguistic dominance, and reclaiming our ancestral languages.
Pillar 3: Rebuild the People (Intersectionality as Practice) – Addressing diaspora realities, identity fragmentation, and deep generational repair, centering the vital leadership of Afrikan and diaspora women.
Get Armed in Our Breakout Workshops:
Don't just watch, participate! Choose your track in our practical skills sessions:

Workshop A: Writing Trade Union Resolutions (Learn exactly how to draft and pass motions within your local branches to force institutional backing).
Workshop B: Navigating Reparations Research (Arm yourself with hard, undeniable historical data and connect with frontline organisations).
Workshop C: Parliamentary Lobbying & the APPG (Understanding the All-Party Parliamentary Group on African Reparations and how to aggressively lobby power brokers).
