Lots of cardio kickboxing classes out there that claim to teach kickboxing, but all they do is make you tired and sweaty. If you try to use the stuff they teach even on a punching bag, you could get seriously hurt.

Other cardio kickboxing classes don't provide the strength and conditioning necessary to prevent injuries.

This is where my program is different: my background competing and coaching fighters in amateur kickboxing; as well as certifications as a personal trainer and specialization in corrective exercise.

I'll teach you everything from the ground up (literally from footwork to head movement) so that you come out with stronger joints, better flexibility, mobility, functional strength and stamina.
