Course Prerequisites:
- At least 16 years old
- Swim 50m in under 60 seconds
- Swim 100m continuously
- Tread water for 30 seconds
- Surface dive to the bottom of the pool
Receives UCAS tariff points, as well as your First Aid at Work qualification
