Hey RCR's!
Do you know what time it is? It's time we went back to the best side of town known as Riverside. So get your rucks ready for this coming Sunday.
We'll be meeting the parking lot at the end of Post Street, between the Garden Club and Cummer Museum. From there, the group will ruck through the Riverside area, with a stop at Memorial Park for a possible mini-WOD/Team building exercise, then a trek back to where we began.
As for breakfast, we'll figure out things as we go. We know you all have busy schedules but if any of you are up for a good meal, then Let's Do It!
And to answer some of your questions:
1. Ruckpack/weighted vest not required but encouraged.
2. Try to get there by 7:00 on the dot. We may wait a few minutes, but the latest we'll start is 7:05/7:10 am
3. Yes, dogs are always allowed.
4. Participating in the mini-WOD is not required but encouraged.
