7:30am — Kind Bean Coffee Opens for Coffee and Snacks
8:00am — Poudre Park Market Opens for Food and drinks
10:00 AM — Poudre River plunges begin
10:00AM — Sauna ready for guests
10:00 AM – 2:45 PM — Yoga and breathwork rotating sessions
10:00AM — Meditation Tent Open
Sauna sessions with Foundry Sauna will be available throughout the day.
