Riverside Poetry Walk

Nature has inspired poets for as long as humans have sung, spoken, and written – and few places are as inspiring as the banks of the Truckee River. Take a stroll with a local writer as they guide us through the process of writing our own poetry.

Our guided Poetry Walk begins at Brodhead Memorial Park. While we stroll along the river, we’ll notice the water, flora, and fauna. Bring a notebook and pencil – and come join us in this most human of art forms!
