Dear Esteemed Opera Singer,
We are thrilled to extend an invitation for you to audition for the Riverside Opera Company. Auditions are set for Sunday, September 27th, at Playwrights Horizons, 440 Lafayette Street, Studios 4A and 4D, in Manhattan, NYC. The audition window runs from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, during which you will showcase one aria from your selection of six.
To ensure a seamless audition experience, please bring your resume, a current photograph, and a concise repertoire, including any duets, all formatted on a single page. A nominal fee of $50 will secure your audition slot and help cover the venue, skilled pianist, and overall production costs.
We are excited to reveal that our distinguished panel of judges will select six exceptional artists to perform with a magnificent opera orchestra that has graced Carnegie Hall, as well as to give solo performances before a vibrant NYC audience. Singers can earn between $600 and $ 1,200 for 3 to 6 performances throughout the season.
