Rivers & Roads returns to Hopewell September 12 & 13 for a weekend full of music, food, and fun on the streets and riverfront.The weekend kicks off with a two-day bass fishing tournament at the Hopewell City Marina, made possible by the team at HopewellFishing.com, with a top prize of $15,000.
