You are invited to join us to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month and raise awareness of the importance of physical wellbeing for everyone’s mental health.
WHEN: Wednesday 15 October 2025, 9:30am-11:15am.
Meet in Berri on the lawns across from the Berri Hotel on Riverview Drive.
We will walk over the bridge and back to the starting spot.

Approximately three kilometers (30 minutes)
This event is open to people of all ages.
