Terms & Conditions – Riverfire 2026 at Stamford Plaza Brisbane

1. Each event ticket is valid only for the designated venue and cannot be used for entry into other Stamford venues or events.
2. All guests must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets are non-transferable.
3. Food and beverages will be available for purchase onsite unless otherwise included in your ticket.
4. The event will proceed rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, event changes will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
5. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS permitted. Staff may request disposal if brought onsite.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel 28 days or more before the event to receive a full refund.
2. Cancel 14–27 days before the event to receive a 50% refund.
3. Cancel less than 14 days before the event or fail to attend — no refund will be issued.
4. No-shows will be charged at the full price of the booking.
