Riverbanks Zoo & Garden: Unearthing Ancient Animals: In ages long past, different animals roamed the earth. Megalodons swam in the sea, and pterosaurs soared in the skies. Join us in a journey to the past as we unearth these and other ancient animals to learn more about them and some of their current counterparts.
Participants will observe biofacts, explore through hands-on activities, and be introduced to a dino-mite reading list to help them dig up more about prehistoric creatures.
Please call 864.487.2711 if you wish to bring a large camp or daycare group to ensure we have enough materials/space to accommodate you.
