River Rat Regatta

This is a cardboard boat race that is timed from the boat ramp to the bridge. All boats must hold two people and be made of cardboard. Rules can be found online special events page for the town. Our Rain date is August 22nd. If the river is too high that day we will do the race in the Smithfield Recreation and Aquatic Center.
