Get ready for one of the most exciting outdoor challenge events of the year! River Raid 19 brings together mountain biking, trail running and even a dog-friendly run - all set on scenic trails at Samaan Park, Chaguaramas.Whether you’re a seasoned racer, a weekend warrior, or just looking for a fun fitness day with friends or family, there’s a category for you!
🚴♂️ Race Categories for All Ages & Abilities
🌟 Mountain Bike (MTB) – Adult (Newbie, Sport, Open divisions)
🚲 Youth MTB – Short & Long courses (kids 4–15 yrs)
🏃♂️ Trail Run – 4 km for runners of all levels
🐶 Doggy Run – Run with your dog (4 km; leash required)
⚡ E-Bike Fun Ride – No awards but lots of fun!
Distances range from short fun courses to more challenging laps - something for everyone! 📝
Sign up for your category early to secure your spot, early bird prices are available until late February
The River Raid courses are usually easy enough so that anyone can compete.
