River Glow Fridays: Silent Yoga

Every Friday is a fresh, innovative twist that celebrates community, stewardship, and joy. The Visitor Center will stay open late!

Join us to embrace the summer evening with silent yoga! Hosted with CityHop, an award-winning silent disco yoga program frequently held at Beacon Park, Detroit, where participants follow an instructor’s voice and music through their headsets.

YOGA MATS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Please bring your own supplies!

This event is FREE and open to the public. Registration is NOT required. In some instances, supplies may be limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
