River Fest is back! Celebrate along the Concho River from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026.
This all-day community celebration will feature live music, family activities, sports tournaments, food and craft vendors, a car show and more at locations throughout the river corridor.
The Shannon Kids Zone will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Kids’ wristbands are $5 and include a petting zoo, pony and horse rides, inflatables, games and the Splash Bash from 5:30-7 p.m.
All-day attractions include:
- River Fest Classic baseball tournament at Texas Bank Sports Complex
- Food and craft vendors
- Vega washer pitching tournament
- San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts Family Day
- Recreation flag football at Neff’s Amusement Park
- Music Under the Chadbourne Street Bridge
- Car show
- 3-on-3 basketball and pickleball tournaments at the YMCA
- Clash on the Concho at the Downtown Skatepark
The River Stage will feature free live music and entertainment hosted by the 94.7 KIXY crew, including local cheer groups, mariachi performances, the DTSA Mermaid Pageant, One Voice, One Church and a closing performance by Cupid, “The Line Dance King,” at 8 p.m.
