Join US (Universal Sines) for an all-levels gentle and restorative practice accompanied by original music and singing bowls. We’ll begin with a cacao + rose ritual to drop into sacred space, followed by a guided meditation on leading with love and journaling with prompts to help us tune into our hearts. With our intentions and hearts as our guides, we’ll move through a gentle, restorative practice with originally produced and live mixed electronic music to soothe our spirits and cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and Mother Earth.
Universal Sines is a collaboration between Amy Sawyer and Lyndon “Lp” Perry. Amy is a yoga therapist, reiki master teacher, psychedelic guide and integration coach, with a passion for helping others access their innate healing wisdom. Lp is a user experience designer by day and a lifelong creative with over 25 years as a song writer and music producer. Together, they create an environment that offers the opportunity for healing through deep presence and soul soothing frequencies.
