Presented in partnership with the Hellenic Ministry of Culture, 'Rituals: Gifts for the Gods' brings together 119 exceptional artefacts from fifteen world-renowned collections, including many objects which have never before left Greece.
Across cultures and centuries, ritual has offered humanity a way to connect to each other, to the divine, and to the mysteries of life and death. 'Rituals' invites you on a journey through the sacred landscapes of ancient Greece, where caves, temples and mountaintops echoed with prayers, offerings, and acts of devotion.
From intricately crafted dedications to simple tokens of faith, discover how ritual helped ancient communities seek protection, celebrate life, and cope with loss.
