Is casting a spell really so different from prayer and worship? What about practices like manifesting and mindfulness? It can be overwhelming to start building a relationship with magic and the earth. In this class, I will guide you on how to incorporate magic and wonder into your life using everyday habits you already practice. We will also delve into more intentional and complex rituals, exploring how to use herbs, sound, ingredients, texture, body, elements, and timing. With the resources and tools at your disposal, anyone can tap into their creativity and craft a spell to manifest their desires.
