Join us as we celebrate the official opening of Ritual Wellness Center, an Ayurveda-inspired, body-first therapeutic sanctuary located in Rancho Santa Fe. Whether you are seeking personal nervous system restoration or are a local wellness practitioner looking for an intentional, beautifully curated space to host your own offerings, this evening is an invitation to exhale, connect, and explore what’s possible.
An Evening of Restoration + Collaboration
- Ayurvedic Culinary Pairings by Chef Tara Middleton: Savor seasonal, dosha-balancing bites crafted by Ayurvedic Chef Tara Middleton designed to ground and nourish.
- Acoustic Medicine by Shannon French (@Zen Diego Wellness): Immerse yourself in a transformative 45-minute sound bath and guided somatic downshift led by Shannon French, designed to soothe an overstimulated nervous system and bring the body back into natural resonance.
- Practitioner Open House & Space Tours: Calling all North County holistic health practitioners, movement teachers, therapists, and facilitators: take a guided tour of our sanctuary and treatment rooms. Learn how you can host your own workshops, day retreats, sound journeys, or client sessions—either independently or in collaborative co-partnership with Ritual.

Enjoy Chef Tara Middleton’s Ayurvedic menu, explore center offerings + partnership opportunities with Michelle, and mingle with the North County wellness community. - 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM | Outdoor Immersive Sound Bath with Shannon French
A guided acoustic journey + somatic downshift practice to shift the nervous system into deep parasympathetic recovery.
