Ritual Running Club: Ritual Run/Walk

Join us for the Ritual Run/Walk, a relaxed, community-centered run/walk designed to help you move, connect, and reset.

This is not a race. There is no pace to chase and no pressure to perform. Whether you choose to run, jog, or walk, the goal is simple: show up, get moving, and spend time with people who value consistency, health, and community.

We will start with light fuel including bananas and energy gels before heading out for a 25 to 30 minute loop. Afterward, we will slow things down with bagels and warm drinks such as coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. This is a chance to recover, talk, and build real connections.

The Ritual Run/Walk is about rhythm over speed, presence over performance, and community over competition. Come solo or bring someone who could use a reason to move.
