Rising Women Circle & Sound Bath | Feb 26

This Rising Women Circle is an invitation to step out of the noise and into an evening of grounding, connection and awakening your embodied power. A space to soften your nervous system, reconnect with your inner compass, and remember who you are as the world is shifting.

This is a warm space where you can arrive exactly as you are — no performing or figuring out required — and coming home to your true self through sisterhood + sound.

✨ Flow of the Evening

• Arrive just as you are, grab a name tag and a non-alcoholic drink or tea, and take a comfortable seat in the circle.
• We begin with a guided women’s circle led by Marit, weaving somatic presence, reflection and tapping into shared wisdom
• Followed by a deeply restorative sound bath by Sarah to integrate and anchor your newfound wisdom in your body

Sharing in the circle is always optional.

No prior experience with circles, somatic work or sound bath needed.
