Conscious Connected Breathwork offers us the opportunity to reduce stress and anxiety, and release trauma within a safe and embodied practice.
You will be guided skilfully by certified breathwork facilitator Andi Amis of Barefoot Soul in the beautiful Barefoot Soul Sanctuary.
Andi is a trauma informed, experienced practitioner with over 30 years experience as a senior nurse and 9 years experience as a holistic practitioner. As a shamanic practitioner, she brings a fusion of ancient and modern healing practices to the circle.
Andi hosts breathwork retreat days and events in Shropshire and runs her own holistic practice in Shrewsbury and Reiki Teaching programme.
This event is suitable for those more experienced in breathwork. Booking essential!! This will be a monthly event so we can create a healing community with our breath.
