Rising HR Philly | HR Case Lab

Because Practice Builds Confidence.

Join Rising HR Philly for an interactive evening designed for early HR career professionals looking to build confidence through practical experience, expand their network, and collaborate with fellow HR practitioners.

Working alongside experienced HR facilitators and fellow attendees, you'll tackle realistic workplace scenarios, discuss possible solutions, and gain practical experience in a supportive environment.

Each attendee will receive a participant toolkit containing case worksheets and practical resources to take back to the workplace.

This hands-on event features:

• Facilitator-led HR case discussions focused on realistic workplace scenarios
• Small-group collaboration to analyze challenges, discuss possible approaches, and develop practical recommendations
• Two case study rotations, giving you the opportunity to explore multiple HR topics and meet more members
• Networking with peers and experienced HR professionals before and after the Case Lab
• A celebration of Rising HR Philly's 2nd Anniversary and the incredible growth of our community
• Light refreshments
• 2 SHRM PDCs for SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP holders.

Whether you're new to HR or looking to strengthen your confidence navigating real workplace situations, HR Case Lab is your opportunity to learn by doing in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Refund Policy:

Partial refunds are available through September 26, 2026 (10 days prior to the event). Please note that Eventbrite platform fees are included in the ticket price and are non-refundable.

Transfers:

Instead of a partial refund, if you are unable to attend, you may also:

• Transfer your registration to another attendee, or
• Switch your registration from the in-person HR Case Lab (October 6) to the virtual HR Case Lab (October 7), or vice versa.
