Calling Black educators and professionals — join us for Rise x RESET, an afternoon of revitalization and intentional connection at a woman-owned studio in DC.

This private aerial yoga experience is designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and rise above burnout through movement and community. Following class, enjoy light refreshments, affirmations, and meaningful mingling in a supportive, uplifting space.

We invite you to wear green to symbolize renewal, grounding, and gentle growth as we reset together.
