Join me for a gentle, heart-opening evening dedicated to healing, compassion, and emotional release. In this workshop, we’ll explore the Heart Chakra (Anahata) — the center of love, forgiveness, connection, and inner peace.

• Talk about the Heart Chakra and how it supports emotional healing
• Set intentions in community
• Gentle movement & breathwork to open the heart
• Guided meditation and hands-on Reiki
• Optional sharing in a safe, supportive circle
