First 5 Solano is proud to announce the reopening of the former Beverly Hills Elementary School as the Rise Vallejo Early Learning Center. This center represents a shared vision to expand access to high-quality early learning, family support, and community connections in Vallejo—now and for generations to come. This 18-classroom facility will offer up to 200+ childcare and preschool slots annually.
