She has worked extensively with women to help them overcome limiting beliefs related to pursuing leadership careers, guiding them toward fulfilling their potential.

Originally from Poland and currently living in the Netherlands, Alicja considers herself a global citizen, having worked across six continents in various leadership roles. Her mission is to support women in their professional and personal growth, helping them overcome challenges and embrace a positive "I can" mindset.
