About this Event
Led by our specialist pre & postnatal personal trainer Bella (who is currently 5 months pregnant with her first baby), this class focuses on safe, effective movement to support:
Core rehabilitation
Pelvic floor strength
Posture & mobility
Breathing & connection
Full body strength & stability
Whether you’re currently pregnant, newly postpartum or returning to exercise after motherhood, sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at in a welcoming, judgement-free environment.

☕ Followed by a 15-minute coffee & Q&A with Bella
